The-Mentor.TV was created in April 2015 with the purpose to create a global, interactive multi-media platform dedicated to leadership and leadership development

Story
Alexis Grabar was appointed first as the CCO of The-Mentor.TV to advise David Carter, its Founder& CEO , to prep the project for launch and then grow the business. Alexis then became the general manager for France (one of the partners countries). Two academic partners (HEC Paris & Grenoble Ecole de Management) and 13 French-based, globally recognized CEO’s (from companies such as L’Oreal, Airbus, LafargeHolcim, Eurostar and Mazars) were approached to fund the filming of the series in France.
AviaMediaTech’s role was to execute a £500K fundraising target in France. Fundraising took place from June to September 2015, and the target was reached during those summer months.
Conclusion
The second phase of fundraising was unfortunately stopped in summer 2016 due to a change in the management team and a change of strategic development from its founder David Carter.
