CXBHUB is a fresh consulting model for customer excellence, combining ‘plug-and-play’ customer/employee experience solutions with strategic consulting.
Once the Academie du Service UK experience was over, Alexis Grabar and Claire Bonniol decided to partner again in a new venture. CXBHUB was created to bridge the gap between solutions providers and companies, to continue its founders’ journey to enhance customer/employee experience all over the world.
With customer excellence programs running in the UK, Russia, and Romania, CXBHUB unravels (answers) strategic business issues such as customer and employee centricity for Fortune 500 and medium-sized fast-growing companies. Its programs are based on a range of services adapted to the customer experience value chain, including customer data analysis, design thinking, customer excellence coaching & communication tools efficiency.
AviaMediaTech involved its support system to structure CXBHUB’s financing, develop the company, hire the right executives and find partners to provide solutions, following-up on the consulting and training side of the business.
In about 9 months, CXBHUB’s team has found four excellence new partners and started working for more than 4 new clients. It is now entering its fundraising phase with a £100K fundraising taking place in 2018 in the UK.
In the future, plans are in motion to open offices in Paris, Russia & potentially the USA and Asia.
